One design system serves every Parousia product — payments, commerce, logistics, education and the group’s own platforms — across eleven languages and two writing directions. This role owns that system, and the product work that consumes it.
What you will own
- Own the group design system: components, tokens, documentation, and the review that keeps products on it.
- Design product flows end to end, from the research that justifies them to the specification engineering builds from.
- Hold the accessibility standard. WCAG 2.2 AA is the floor here, and it is measured rather than assumed.
- Design for right-to-left and for the languages of the group’s markets from the first draft, not as a localisation pass at the end.
- Work directly with engineering. The handover is a conversation, not a file.
What you bring
- You have owned a design system used by more than one product team.
- You can show work that shipped, and say precisely what you would change about it now.
- You are fluent in Figma and comfortable reading the front-end code that implements your work.
- You have designed for accessibility deliberately, and can discuss contrast, focus order and screen readers with precision.
- You write clearly. On a distributed team, writing is most of the job.
