Who directs the group
A board of directors directs the group, an executive committee runs it, and the Group Secretariat supports both.
Board of directors
The board sets group strategy, appoints the executive committee and holds it to account, working through four standing committees.
Executive committee
The executive committee runs the group day to day and reports to the board on operations, risk and financial performance.
Regional leadership
Each regional holding is led locally, applies the group’s policies in its own jurisdiction and reports into the group executive committee.

Publication of appointments
The Group Secretariat publishes the approved biographies of directors and officers once the board has appointed them.
Corporate enquiries
Governance and corporate enquiries, including requests for information on the board and its committees, are handled by the Group Secretariat.
