Each programme below sets out the constraint addressed, the work engineered and what changed in service.

  • Telecommunications

    A national transport backbone with an operations centre

    The constraint
    Long-haul capacity existed on paper, but no single operator was accountable for it end to end, and fault attribution passed between suppliers instead of being resolved.
    What was engineered
    Global Technology Africa took the transport layer, the monitoring and the operations centre as one scope: one team, one alarm correlation, one escalation path.
    What it changed
    Faults are attributed to a span rather than to a supplier, and restoration begins before the customer reports the outage.

  • Financial services

    Payment switching with an agent network behind it

    The constraint
    Digital payments failed at the point of cash-out, where agent liquidity determined whether a request could be met.
    What was engineered
    PAGPay operates the switch and the agent network together, so that liquidity is managed as part of the platform rather than left to the individual agent.
    What it changed
    Cash-in and cash-out are managed as part of the payment product, with agent liquidity monitored by the platform.

  • Retail and commerce

    Marketplace, settlement and delivery as one chain

    The constraint
    A marketplace without settlement and delivery cannot complete a transaction, and buyers had no basis on which to trust a first purchase.
    What was engineered
    Afrika Plaza, PAGPay and PAGEXPRESS operate the storefront, the settlement and the parcel within the same group, with escrow between them.
    What it changed
    A first purchase between parties who have not traded before is completed under escrow and dispute handling.

  • Government and public sector

    Sovereign hosting where the institution keeps the keys

    The constraint
    Public institutions were required to choose between a modern platform and legal control of their data, and modernisation was deferred as a result.
    What was engineered
    The group hosts within the governing jurisdiction and hands key custody to the institution, so that no group operator can read the data it stores.
    What it changed
    Modernisation no longer requires a concession on data sovereignty.

  • Education

    Connected classrooms with shared devices

    The constraint
    Learning platforms assumed one device per learner and continuous connectivity. Schools had neither, and licences went unused.
    What was engineered
    INTIC delivers curriculum that runs offline on a shared device and preserves individual progress; the group supplies the school connectivity and the hosting.
    What it changed
    Schools use the platform on the devices and the connectivity they have.

  • Transport and logistics

    Last-mile delivery without street addresses

    The constraint
    Route planning built on street names does not resolve a destination where addressing is informal, and every failed delivery is paid for twice.
    What was engineered
    PAGEXPRESS routes on landmarks, zones and recipient contact rather than on postal addresses, and records the successful route for reuse.
    What it changed
    More delivery attempts succeed on the first visit, which is the principal driver of last-mile cost.

Client references and disclosure

Client names and operational figures are published only with the client’s written consent, recorded by the Legal Department, and once the figures have been verified. Where consent has not been given, the programme is described without identifying the client.
