您将负责什么

• Run daily settlement and reconciliation across every rail, and close the exceptions rather than carrying them forward.
• Own chargeback and dispute handling within scheme and regulator timelines.
• Prepare scheme and regulatory reporting, and stand behind it in an audit.
• Work with engineering to turn recurring manual corrections into product fixes.
• Maintain the operational controls — segregation of duties, maker-checker — and the evidence that both were applied.

您需要具备什么

• You have run payment operations in a licensed or otherwise regulated environment.
• You know card scheme rules and mobile money settlement in practice, not in summary.
• You are precise with reconciliation, and comfortable saying out loud that a number does not tie.
• You can write a control procedure that an auditor accepts and an operator can actually follow.
• You work in English. Swahili is an advantage in this location.
