De qué se hará cargo

• Own the group design system: components, tokens, documentation, and the review that keeps products on it.
• Design product flows end to end, from the research that justifies them to the specification engineering builds from.
• Hold the accessibility standard. WCAG 2.2 AA is the floor here, and it is measured rather than assumed.
• Design for right-to-left and for the languages of the group’s markets from the first draft, not as a localisation pass at the end.
• Work directly with engineering. The handover is a conversation, not a file.

Lo que usted aporta

• You have owned a design system used by more than one product team.
• You can show work that shipped, and say precisely what you would change about it now.
• You are fluent in Figma and comfortable reading the front-end code that implements your work.
• You have designed for accessibility deliberately, and can discuss contrast, focus order and screen readers with precision.
• You write clearly. On a distributed team, writing is most of the job.

4. 4Panel de entrevistaConocerá a las personas con las que trabajaría y a alguien ajeno al equipo, presente para hacer la pregunta incómoda.
5. 5DecisiónUn sí o un no, con el motivo. Se lo comunicamos en ambos casos, y le decimos cuándo esperarlo.
