• Maintain the operational controls — segregation of duties, maker-checker — and the evidence that both were applied.

• You know card scheme rules and mobile money settlement in practice, not in summary.
• You are precise with reconciliation, and comfortable saying out loud that a number does not tie.
• You can write a control procedure that an auditor accepts and an operator can actually follow.
• You work in English. Swahili is an advantage in this location.
