The group
Four questions we are asked most often, answered plainly.
A global technology holding headquartered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom and Dubai. The group holds regional holdings — Parousia West Africa in Nigeria and Parousia East Africa in Kenya among them — and six operating companies.

We build and operate production platforms — not pilots. Each company owns its stack end to end, under shared group standards for security, availability and data governance.

Regional holdings in West Africa, East Africa, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, each with delivery teams and support in-market, all under a single group governance model.

Sovereign by default: our customers’ data stays under their jurisdiction, on infrastructure we control, with an auditable chain of custody from build to production.

Company history
Every step of the group has been an infrastructure decision — build it properly, own it, and make it available to the next market.
2016
Parousia Group is established as a technology holding with a single premise: build and own the infrastructure rather than rent it.
2018
The West African holding is incorporated in Nigeria, and the group’s first communications and commerce platforms enter production.
2021
The operating companies converge on one infrastructure, one identity model and one security standard — the foundation every Parousia product now inherits.
2023
The East African holding opens in Nairobi, extending the group into the East African Community.
2024
Offices open in the United Kingdom, the United States and Dubai, connecting African operations to international partners and capital.
2026
The group commits every platform to a sovereign operating model: customer data resident in the customer’s jurisdiction, on infrastructure the group controls.

Careers
We hire for capability and character, and we build teams that reflect the markets we serve. Every role in the group is open to candidates from every background, and our recruitment process is designed to be measured against the work, not the pedigree.
We invest in the people we hire: structured mentoring, certification paths, and internal mobility across the six companies of the group and across our four regions.

Sustainability
Digital infrastructure has a physical footprint. We measure ours, we publish it, and we reduce it — because a technology group that ignores its energy and materials cost is not a serious one.
01.
We design our platforms for efficiency first and site our infrastructure where clean power is available, tracking energy per workload rather than per rack.
02.
Equipment is specified for a long service life, maintained rather than replaced, and retired responsibly through certified recovery channels.
03.
Connectivity and skills programmes in the communities around our sites, run with local partners and reported against agreed outcomes.
04.
Environmental performance is reported to the group board on the same cycle as financial performance, with targets and independent verification.
Our leadership
The executive committee is accountable for group strategy, capital allocation, and the security and availability of every platform we operate.

The executive committee sets group strategy and holds each operating company to a shared standard for engineering quality, security and customer outcomes.
It meets monthly with the leadership of the six companies, and reports to the board on performance, risk and compliance across all four regions.

NetVox Intelligence
Transparent communication is no longer a luxury. Here is how one platform for voice, video, messaging and collaboration changes what a distributed organisation can do.

Parousia Group
Every Parousia platform now runs under one rule — customer data stays in the customer’s jurisdiction, on infrastructure the group controls.

Afrika Plaza
Cross-border commerce in Africa fails on settlement and last-mile density, not on catalogue software. Afrika Plaza was designed around that fact.
